All of our prices are displayed in your local currency. However, you will pay the in USD.

  • "What are your shipping options and how long will it take"?

The shipping depends on your shipping address.

Shipping to USA: 2-7 business days

Other countries: 13-20 business days

  • "How do I know if my order has been shipped?"

Once your order is shipped, it will me marked as complete in our database and you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • "I haven't received my order yet. Is it lost?"

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Bessori™ cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

If you need to change your order, please CONTACT US immediately. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.
